Dataset Release for "DeepPyramid: Enabling Pyramid View and Deformable Pyramid Reception for Semantic Segmentation in Cataract Surgery Videos"

The current dataset includes relevant object annotations being created for the paper: "DeepPyramid: Enabling Pyramid View and Deformable Pyramid Reception for Semantic Segmentation in Cataract Surgery Videos". We use four datasets for this study: Intraocular Lens, Pupil, Cornea, and instruments. The total number of training and test images for the aforementioned objects are 141:48, and 141:48, 178:84, 3190:459, respectively. The videos used for intraocular lens, pupil, and cornea segmentation are collected in Klinikum Klagenfurt, Austria, in 2021. Note that the instrument dataset is a selection of the CaDIS dataset with improved annotations.
