Known Issues: I Fullscreen won't work with HTML5 and Flash, because the browser seems to create an overlay and suspends all activities on Plugins/Javascript. Performance improvements: * I've encounterd various performance issues related with the HTML5 Video element. It seems that Flash plays movies a lot smoother than the HTML5 Video Element (especially in higher resolutions 720p/1080p). 30.03.2011 (Benjamin) --------------------- * Improved performance of plugin, no more hickups caused by the plugin. * Tested extensions on various browser, Issue List: Google Chrome 12 & Safari: It seems that the WebKit based browser have a problem in their Security Manager, which doesn't allow file acces. In detail this means that we can't cross access the injected canvas element. --allow-access-from-files doesn't work... ISSUE is open on Google Chrome Opera 11.10: Opera behaves very strange, their may be a bug according to my hardware but everytime I try to access a canvas element Opera crashes. This behavior can be caused by a lot of things. May be it's correlated with the rendering engine and my hardware. IE9: Extension in development. Firefox 4: Works just fine. I Ambient library fails loading plugins when there are spacse in the path name of the environment variable I If the environment variable isn't there, the Ambient library crashes (FIX may be deployed on weekend) I (only plugin) When a video is played in fullscreen the Ambient plugin crashes. But the plugin is not causing this problem.
